My Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborated with 10+ Engineering & Customer Support team to work on customer feedbacks, analyse the product usage & plan product upgrades
- Introduced a new product – (AppFido) for managing security status of product portfolio of the company
- Introduced a new product-Devknox for providing source code level security levels.
- Re-Designed the UI/UX of the Customer Dashboard & Reports of the cybersecurity platform
- Translating ideas into products: wireframing, conception, specs, prototyping.
- Ensured the security compliance of the product via external audits and Cert-in Certification
- Product strategy for monetizing the new features.
- Designing the Product road map along with other stakeholders
- Customer interviews/ survey to gather insights and usage.
- Business Model of the product and deciding the various subscription and pricing policies.
- Feature evaluation using (A/B testing)
- Feature evaluation (prioritisation)
- Analytics on the heat maps of product usage.
- Increased the revenue of the company by 5 times within 2 years by bringing 100+ clients
- Led a Sales team of 4 members to generate revenue by developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Presented solutions to CISOs, CTOs, CIOs and other security & development teams
- Handled 10+ Partner ecosystem across global geographies to leverage Partner solution & network
- Managed end to end sales management process in HubSpot CRM converting multiple enterprise deals
- Handled multiple activities including lead generation , RFP, Product Demo, POC, Pricing, Negotiation, Vendor Registration and Account Handover
- Led a team of 5 members for on-premise deployment of cybersecurity platform at one of the largest Indian Bank
- Handled one of the largest FMGC client with 50 monthly scans and thus reducing their SDLC by 5 business days
- Established project governance processes using ticket platform Zendesk with clients and teams
